A Guest is any person present on the Hotel premises.
These House Rules establish the rights and responsibilities of Guests using the Hotel’s services, as well as the procedures governing their stay.
These Rules are binding on all Hotel Guests. By registering at the Hotel, each Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these House Rules.
The registered Guest is responsible for any consequences arising from failure to comply with these Rules.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to persons who do not agree to comply with these House Rules.
Guests shall compensate the Hotel or third parties for any damage caused, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• A valid identification document must be presented upon arrival.
• A guest registration card must be completed during check-in.
• Check-in time: from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time: until 12:00 PM (noon).
• Reservations are held until 6:00 PM, unless the Hotel has been informed of a late arrival.
• Visitors who are not registered Hotel Guests may visit guest rooms between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• An additional fee may apply for visitors remaining after 10:00 PM.
• Accommodation charges are based on the Hotel’s current rates.
• Stays of less than 24 hours are charged as one full night’s stay.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Cancellation and no-show fees apply in accordance with the reservation conditions.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to undesirable persons.
• Guests are liable for any damaged or missing Hotel property.
Guests are prohibited from:
• Moving furniture without prior permission from the Hotel administration.
• Bringing or storing flammable or hazardous materials.
• Damaging Hotel property or equipment.
• Accommodating more persons than stated in the reservation.
• Leaving electrical appliances switched on while unattended.
• Using unauthorized electrical appliances.
• Bringing or keeping pets.
• Disturbing the peace and comfort of other Guests.
• Making excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Smoking inside guest rooms or anywhere within the Hotel. A cleaning fee of EUR 200 applies for violations.
• Leaving children under the age of 12 unattended.
• Bringing dangerous objects or weapons onto Hotel premises.
Guests are required to:
• Comply with these House Rules.
• Pay for all services provided. If you have consumed items from the minibar, please inform Reception of the drinks and snacks consumed when checking out.
• Refrain from smoking in guest rooms or any indoor areas. Dangė Hotel is a non-smoking property, including all guest rooms. A EUR 200 special cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated. For guests who smoke, a designated smoking area is available outside the main entrance.
• Immediately report any technical faults or service-related issues. Any defects or concerns regarding room condition or service quality must be reported to Reception within 30 minutes of check-in. Failure to do so releases the Hotel from liability.
• Observe all fire safety regulations.
• Before leaving the room, ensure that all electrical appliances (lights, television, electric towel warmer, etc.) are switched off and that all water taps are fully closed. Guests may be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to do so.
• Lock the room when leaving.
• Use the in-room safe to store valuables.
• Return the room key card upon departure.
• A EUR 20 replacement fee applies for lost key cards.
• Hotel facilities must be used responsibly and kept in good condition.
• Hotel staff may perform maintenance work without unnecessarily disturbing Guests.
• Housekeeping services are provided daily between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
• Towels will be replaced if left on the bathroom floor.
• Bed linen is changed every three nights or upon request, if necessary.
• Hotel management reserves the right to enter guest rooms when necessary for safety, maintenance, or emergency purposes.
• Reception provides first aid assistance and general guest information.
• Lost property is stored for one month.
• The Hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended or unsecured.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• Video surveillance may be in operation in certain areas of the Hotel for security purposes.
UAB “Liepų 38” processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The Hotel reserves the right to amend these House Rules at any time.
